These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bridg.fun (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

bridg.fun is a free tool that lets you share files, text, code, and links that are encrypted in your browser and automatically deleted after a short, user-selected period. No account is required to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store, send, or share any content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• contains malware, or is intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
• constitutes harassment, exploitation, or abuse, including any content that sexually exploits minors;
• is used to send spam or to distribute content in violation of applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. No guarantee of delivery or retention

The Service is designed to be ephemeral. Shares expire automatically and may become unavailable at any time once expired, downloaded (if delete-after-download is enabled), or due to technical limits. You should not rely on the Service as a backup or for long-term storage. We are not responsible for content that expires, is deleted, or cannot be retrieved.

4. Encryption and access

Content is encrypted on your device, and the decryption key is contained in the share link. Anyone who has the code or link can access a share until it expires. You are responsible for sharing codes and links only with intended recipients. Because we operate on a zero-knowledge basis, we cannot recover, decrypt, or resend lost content or keys.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all threats.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bridg.fun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bridg.fun and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms, along with the related policies published on this site, govern your use of the Service. Any updates to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
